  2. You need 1 of Large Onion.
  3. Prepare 8 oz of Sliced Mushrooms.

  5. Prepare 1 Tablespoon of Liquid Smoke.
  6. It’s 2 Tablespoon of Vegetable Oil.
  7. It’s 8 of Slices Provolone Cheese.
  8. It’s 4 of Hoagie Rolls.
  9. It’s of Mayonnaise.
  10. You need of Sliced Pickles.
  11. You need of A1 Steak Sauce.

Steak & Cheese Hoagie step by step

  1. Thinly slice steak into small strips..
  2. Cut an onion into wedges..
  3. Preheat large skillet with vegetable oil on medium heat..
  4. Salt and pepper the steak well and toss with the liquid smoke to coat..
  5. Separate the onion and cook in the skillet for 3 minutes or until starting to turn translucent..
