- You need 5 lb of New York strip roast.
- Prepare of Crust/glaze.
- You need 1 oz of Dijon mustard.
- Prepare 1 tsp of balsamic vinegar.
- You need 1/4 oz of Worcestershire sauce.
- You need 1/2 tbsp of honey.
- You need 1/2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil.
- It’s 1 pinch of sea salt.

New York strip roast instructions
- Take out the roast at least 1-2 hours before cooking, and let it sit out to get to room temp.
