  1. Prepare of medium size bowl all purpose flour, maida.
  2. It’s of dry active yeast.
  3. You need of sugar.
  4. It’s of salt.

  9. You need of coriander leaves finely chopped.

Garlic cheese knot bun instructions

  1. In a small bowl add half 3/4 luckwarm cup water add yeast when yeast dissolve it..
  2. Now take a another mixing bowl put maida, sugar, yeast mix with it properly add yeast and some little water knead it now cover with cling film and rest for 1 hour keep it aside..
  3. In a small mixing bowl put cheese, 1tsp chilli flakes, 1tsp coriander leaves,1tbsp garlic some salt mix it well keep it aside..
  4. In a onther mixing bowl add butter remaining chilli flakes and garlic,coriander leaves mix it well keep it aside..
  5. After 1 hours take prepared dough knead again then make a ball shape and lightly press with hand and flatten it..
  6. Now cut in to strips and lightly press and flatten it..
  7. Then stuff prepared cheesi feeling and seel it end to end..
  8. Now make a knot shape shown as a picture and brush with some prepared butter mixture..
  9. Now keep it in preheated oven on 180c for 15 min..
  10. Now take out from oven and serve with schezwan sauce..
