  1. You need 1/2 kg of baby potatoes.
  2. You need 1 tsp of salt.
  3. It’s 2 tbsp of white part of spring onions.
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp of green part of spring onions.
  5. It’s 2 tbsp of butter.
  6. It’s 4 tbsp of white vinegar.

Salt and vinegar potatoes instructions

  1. Clean potatoes.
  2. Cut them into two halves.
  3. Put them into saucepan and water in it to boil them and add 2 tbsp vinegar..
  4. Drain water when potatoes soften.
  5. Take a wok and add butter in it.
  6. Chopped spring onions and add into butter. Sautay a little bit.
  7. Add boiled potatoes.
  8. Add salt.
  9. Add black pepper.
  10. Mix every thing together and some green part of spring onions and mix.
  11. Now add 2 tbsp of vinegar and cook for 3_4 more minutes.
  12. Turn off flame when every thing coated on potatoes nicely. And dish out Sprinkle some green onions and enjoy.
